Our Mission
“To guide youth on the right path to achieving their maximum potential through education, mentorship, and basketball skill development.”
Core Principles
Guidance
Our goal is to guide each child on the right path, helping them to become all that God has created them to be.
Inspiration
We are focused on inspiring each child to reach their maximum potential not only as a basketball player, but more importantly as a person.
Creativity
We encourage creativity, understanding that each child has their own gifts and talents that God has blessed them with.
Why Do We Do It?
If at the age of 40-years old, someone wanted to go to law school and become a lawyer, they could do that. In the same way, if at the age of 40-years old, someone wanted to go to medical school and become a doctor, they could do that. The same could be said for many other professions. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for wanting to become a professional basketball player. There are currently no players in the NBA over the age of 40. Eighty percent of the NBA is 29-years old or younger, including eighteen percent of which is 21-years old or younger. What these statistics show is just how important it is to learn at an early age the necessary basketball fundamentals and life skills that will give someone the best chance to reach their maximum potential.
This is why we do it. We want to engrain the necessary basketball fundamentals and life skills as early as possible. For some, this could be the difference in making it or not, whether that be your High School, College or NBA Team.
For those participating simply for the fun of it, basketball is a team sport that can teach children the value of unselfishness, togetherness, and competitive spirit, among many other things.
