At the heart of this vision is our faith. On the Right Path is a Christian-based organization dedicated to serving others daily through the game of basketball, using the sport as a platform for teaching life lessons and sharing the love of Christ.

Scripture consistently emphasizes the importance of serving others. In John 13:12-15 (NLT), we see Jesus teaching His disciples: “Do you understand what I was doing? You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet. I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you.”

The Apostle Paul echoes this in Philippians 2:3-5 (NLT): “Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.”

And 1 Peter 4:10 reinforces this calling: “God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” These verses remind us that true transformation begins when we use our God-given gifts to serve others with humility, purpose, and love — on and off the court.
